4. Orders & Payments

Orders are only confirmed after full payment has been received.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Customs processing
  • External factors beyond our control

Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be refused.

We strictly prohibit misuse of our return system, including wardrobing (wearing items and returning them).

All returned items are inspected.
