No code is necessary, free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please wait 24 hours and then email our Ferlora team at info@ferlora.com. Allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location.

If your package arrives damaged, please email support@ferlora.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
