Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

Items showing signs of wear like washing, odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or missing tags will be rejected and returned at the customer's expense.

3. How to Request a Return

Email support@Ferola.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for approval and return instructions.

Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return shipping fees are non‑refundable and may be up to $10 USD depending on carrier and location.

Use a trackable shipping method — lost or damaged returns are not our responsibility.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Refunds may be reduced if returned items are incomplete or damaged.


6. Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.


7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We strictly prohibit “wardrobing” — purchasing items with the intent to wear and return.

All returned items undergo a detailed inspection.
If an item shows signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, pet hair, missing tags, or other use, no refund will be issued, and the item will be shipped back at your expense.

We reserve the right to:

Permanently ban accounts involved in abuse.

Cancel future orders from customers misusing this policy.


8. Legal Compliance

This policy is subject to all applicable U.S. federal and state laws and also Canadian laws.
Where additional consumer rights apply (e.g. California, New York, Massachusetts), we comply accordingly.

Defective items outside the return window will be handled in accordance with applicable warranty laws.
