Return & Refund Policy

At Ferlora Montréal, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Conditions

Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but items must not show any signs of use beyond fitting.

Items showing signs of wear — including washing, odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or missing tags — will not be accepted.

Purchasing multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning part of the order is discouraged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that indicate misuse of our return policy.

Return shipping costs, including any international shipping fees and customs charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return Process

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further return instructions.

The item must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as refunds cannot be guaranteed for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may be reduced or refused if items are returned incomplete, damaged, or not in original condition.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and are not eligible for a refund.

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
