Shipping
Canada-wide delivery with Canada Post (tracked & insured). Free shipping over $75 CAD.
Orders placed before 9:00 PM ET ship the next business day.
Processing time: 1–2 business days. Typical delivery: 2–5 business days depending on province (remote areas may take longer). You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Simple, easy returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (eligible items). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags/packaging. Final Sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless defective or our error. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection (bank posting times may vary).
Sizing
Fits true to size for most. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit (or the smaller size for a closer fit).
Measurement tolerance: ±1–2 cm due to manual measuring and fabric stretch.
