How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a Canada Post tracking link. You can follow every step from dispatch to delivery.

When will my order ship and arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and handed to Canada Post. Delivery within Canada typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your province and remote area service.

  • Orders placed before 9:00 PM ET ship the next business day.
  • Rural/remote addresses may take longer based on Canada Post service levels.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer Free shipping Canada-wide on orders over $75 CAD. All shipments include tracking.

What is your return window?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. See full details below under Returns.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes — we ship Canada-wide with Canada Post (tracked & insured). PO boxes and community mailboxes are supported.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and selected service. Free shipping applies when your order meets the $75 CAD threshold.

My tracking says “delivered” but I can’t find the parcel.
  • Check alternate locations (front desk, concierge, neighbors) and look for a delivery notice.
  • Verify the shipping address in your confirmation email.
  • If still missing, email support@ferlora.com. We’ll help you investigate with Canada Post.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Final Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Please keep your return tracking until your refund is issued.
How do I start a return?

Email us at support@ferlora.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and the return address.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and refund processing. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Can I exchange an item?

If you need a different size or color, the fastest option is to place a new order and return your original item for a refund. Direct exchanges are subject to availability.

Product & Sizing

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Guide on each product page and measure against the chart. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a relaxed fit.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Often yes. Click “Notify me when available” on the product page and we’ll email you as soon as it’s back.

How should I care for my garments?

Always follow the care label. In general: wash cold, gentle cycle; reshape and dry flat; low-temperature iron if needed. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve fabric integrity.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and popular wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Availability may vary by device and browser.

Are prices shown in CAD?

Yes — Canadian customers see prices in CAD. Sales tax (GST/HST/QST/PST) is calculated at checkout based on your province.

Deals & Gift Cards

How do promotions and bundles work?
  • Promotions are valid for a limited time and while supplies last.
  • Unless specified, discounts can’t be combined.
  • Bundle items must be returned together in original condition.
Can I return a gift card?

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
